This is the link for the WebApp - Please save to your homescreen or as a bookmark on your phone. This is designed for phone use, it does not perform well on a desktop. If it is giving you an error when trying to open the WebApp, clear your cache on your phone's browser and it will work.
This is the WebApp homepage. You will see there are multiple buttons and containers on this page.
Announcement Container
This contains any announcements from the Director. As you scroll down on the container you will see a three day schedule that informs you of all pertinent calendar events found on our Google Calendar.
Clickable Buttons
As of now there are 7 clickable buttons. They are all fairly self explanatory. I will go into detail with three of them further down this page.
ESEC Home Button
At the bottom of the WebApp you will see an ESEC button. That button will link you to the Area31 schedule and the Ignition Team's page
When clicking on the Truck Check Button it will bring you to this form. There are a few things I want you to notice about this form:
At the top you will see the last three submissions of this form and what apparatus was checked. If The apparatus has already been checked for the day, you can exit out of the form
The Truck's must be checked daily
The last three submissions box does not require an answer even though it asks for one. It is just an informative box.
When you click the fuel level and submit the form, it will notify the logistics section automatically if the fuel level is 1/2 or below. So there is no need to text logistics if you find the apparatus fuel level low, they should already be aware.
This is our directory that holds information for all of our staff and important contact numbers outside of direct staff
Click on a section to expand and see who is under that particular program at ESEC
Click on their name and it will expand again to reveal contact information
You will see there is an option called "Copy All Emails." This function copies all the emails under that particula section to your clipboard so that you can paste it to your email. For example if you have a last minute call off, you can come to Directory, copy the emails of everyone under your section and send a quick email stating you have an opening and to refer to our scheduling applications to sign up.
When clicking on the ESEC home button at the bottom of the screen you will see it pulls up a menu with more options. When you click on the Ignition Team option it will bring you to the Ignition Team page.

The bottom left button is for the Area31 Pass on chat. Area 31 uses Google Chat to pass on the daily avtivites from instructor to instructor. All Area 31 instructors are invited to be in the chat so that everyone can stay in the loop.
The button prompts you to enter your email. Use the email you have provided the ESEC and further instructions and download links will be sent.
